We help compile and value the assets, sell assets to pay the debts, and distribute the proceeds to the heirs or beneficiaries. We make sure that deadlines and documents are handled in a timely manner. We also represent clients and their families in Guardianship/Conservatorship proceedings.

Our firm provides full service of residential Real Estate services from writing a contract to closing a mortgage on your newly sold/bought home. If you never bought/sold a house before, we will take the time to explain the process to you. We will work closely with your real estate agent and real estate broker to keep the deadlines.
In Connecticut, our firm and most other real estate firms also serve as title insurance agents. We are an agent of CATIC (Connecticut Attorney’s Title Insurance Company), the largest New England-based title insurance underwriter. This allows us to both represent our client to assure that title to the property is suitable, and then to issue a title insurance policy for additional protection.
